La mia cucina nasce da qui! Dall\u2019amore per la tradizione, dalla curiosit\u00e0 per ci\u00f2 che la circonda e dal desiderio di accogliere le persone attorno a una tavola.<\/p>\n

Ho iniziato da bambina, osservando con attenzione le mani di mia nonna mentre preparava i maccheroni calabresi al ferretto. In quei gesti lenti e ripetuti c\u2019era molto pi\u00f9 di una ricetta: c\u2019erano il rispetto per il tempo, la precisione, la cura per chi avrebbe mangiato. \u00c8 l\u00ec che ho imparato che cucinare \u00e8 un atto di amore, prima ancora che una tecnica.<\/p>\n

Ho sangue campano, radici calabresi e uno sguardo che si \u00e8 formato viaggiando. Oggi vivo a Roma, ma nella mia cucina convivono luoghi diversi come la casa, i ricordi e le contaminazioni raccolte in giro per il mondo. Amo le tradizioni e le rispetto profondamente, ma credo anche nelle reinterpretazioni, purch\u00e9 siano consapevoli, raccontate e mai fini a s\u00e9 stesse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
